The Designer
Erin’s life’s work is a dedication to art and music, rhythm and beauty. His design and craftsmanship spans custom-made fine jewellery to blacksmithing and drawing. As well as being an accomplished designer, Erin is a sought after drummer and musician. The deep resonance between art and music comes to life in Origin.
Erin began his career in jewellery design in the mid-90s, as a gold and silver smith. His first design studio was in Melbourne’s Fitzroy, home to one of the most vibrant design cultures in the country. Those formative days on Brunswick Street are a world away from his current studio. Erin and his family are nestled in the verdant hills of Maleny, where birdsong and rainforest give way to spectacular views of the Sunshine Coast; the perfect place to pause, reflect and put pen to paper.

To my Danish love, Sofie, who has been my greatest supporter and muse. Her strength and beauty are the starting point of my collection.
